"Servants of God,
I greet you all in the Name of the Lord. I thank
you for all you
are doing to see the vision that God entrusted in our hands moving.
God will never let you down. We will accomplish what God intends.
The first thing is:
Building an office for counseling:

I am sending you in attachment the pictures of the
rooms we
already have and our project is to put doors and windows with locks,
to close the holes with cement, to whitewash it, arrange the floor,
paint it,
put ceiling under the roofs.
Then we need to have a desk and chair, armchairs and
air-condition.
So I am sending you pictures of the room for the office and the
other rooms to be repaired. And I think that at least $ 2000
(app) may be possible seeing the trend of the dollar.

2. Building mission compound housing wall.
From the information that I received, $ 2450 dollars
can achieve it.
But after the wall we will need to put gates (garage and the small
entrance gate)
that will cost $ 300. And this land and the house that will be built
on
it later on belong to the mission.
This in the future will allow people from America
to come
and stay there without any accommodation problem. This will help
them to come and spend a very long time in Togo and accomplish
some project in the benefit of the humanity before leaving back
to their country without any much expense.
3. Open an Internet cafe
We need at least $ 1200 to get the Internet line.
We can use a church room.
We can start with an office for word processing, photocopy, scanner,
phone cabin, printer. This will generate some funds and help at
least
one person to come out of poverty. We will train people there to
be
able use the computer at a very small cost. Also we will train the
Bible
College Students. So we have two alternatives.
4. For the ministry in prison.
When you come, we will go into the prison to visit
some of the key
persons that watch over the prison. We will cook some food for them
as we use to do. You will be there. After you will visit the prison
and
give a word of exhortation to them and pray with them.
We can offer a gift of old clothes to them. So we
will need $ 300
to cook the launch.
5. For the village presentations
I told you that our generator is out of use and we
need to have one.
We usually have sound problem and this makes the message hard to
receive.
So we will need amplifier speakers. With $ 655 we can have both:
the generator and the speakers. Very important.
Then, when we go into a village, there are many sorrowful
conditions.
It will be wonderful if we have also a medical clinic ministration
there
for at most one or 2 days. And we can make it a project to settle
a small
clinic in the village with some small qualified people in medicines.
They will take care of the cases in the village. The only thing
we will need
to do is to provide the drugs.
An American who will tell you better which type of
sickness are common in Togo.
He will express himself better to you. His Name is Dr Tom MANCINI.
This information is given to me by his representative Pastor Mike
in Togo.
So after showing the film in the village, you will
preach and give Christ to people.
6. For the college needs and costs, Everything is
concentrated in Lome. We have a new strategy to simplify things,
starting from Lome before moving into the villages. Now we have
all the teachings
on video CD. Now we have one facilitator.
The facilitator is paid $50 a month for 15 months.
Each student must pay $20 every three months that is $100
for the whole term of the 15 months.
Some money collected will be sent to the school (International
School of Ministry)
ISOM who sends the diploma. We pay 6 euros per trimester. The rest
is used to
print the lessons and the exam.
Now the number of the students we have is 34. So most
of them need a scholarship.
So you will talk and teach them once you come. Next year we are
moving to
another village. This school is very interesting and people like
it. The training is
concise, short and complete. At the end of the training, they will
go on mission
field. Powerful
7. The sewing PREP and the TAXI PREP and the Computer
PREP
Of a great importance. It is a way to create a middle
class and decrease poverty in Lome.
So dear brothers and sisters.
We will accomplish what God intends.
Perhaps we will not do all of this. It is all right
in the Lord.
We will be able to accomplish what He provides for us to
accomplish when you come.
May the will of God prevail in every expense and let
every achievement
give glory to Him. But my prayer is for God to open doors of finance
to
you through all those that have a heart for the mission in Africa
generally,
and in Togo particularly. We are praying for God’s blessings
in your life.
Thanks for reading this journal We love you:
Pastor Zeph and his associate pastors in the ministry from Togo
